Chris Dobko is continuing to establish himself as the go-to receiver for the No. 3 University of Calgary Dinos.

Dobko picked up nine catches in the first half alone and finished the night with 11 catches for 121 yards and a pair of touchdowns as the Dinos lifted a giant monkey off their collective back Friday night with a 38-24 win over Saskatchewan. It was Calgary’s first home victory over the Huskies since October 2000.

The 11 catches is a conference season-high, giving him 26 through four games in 2011. And after picking up three majors in Week 3 at Regina, he added two more against the Huskies to give him the conference lead with six – one better than teammate Steven Lumbala.

The No. 3 Dinos (4-0) host the winless Alberta Golden Bears (0-4) in a rare Sunday matinee at McMahon Stadium on Oct. 2 in a rematch of the 2010 Hardy Cup. Kickoff is 1 p.m.
