Chloe Kinghorn Drives In 5 To Lead University of Calgary Past University of Lethbridge
Chloe Kinghorn drove in five runs on two hits to lead the Dinos past the Pronghorns 9-0 on Saturday. Kinghorn hit a home run to center field in the fourth scoring three, hit a sacrifice fly in the first scoring one, and singled in the third scoring one.
The Dinos won thanks in part to six runs in the fourth inning.
Mia Pielak drew a walk, scoring one run,
Manyika Reyes singled, scoring two runs, and Kinghorn homered to center field, scoring three runs.
University of Calgary got on the board in the top of the first inning after
Emily Friedt doubled to center field, and Kinghorn hit a sacrifice fly, each scoring one run. Kinghorn added one run it the third singling to center field.
Kate Gross earned the win, the hurler allowed five hits and zero runs over four innings, striking out two and walking none.
Madison Belden threw one inning of no-run ball in relief. The righty surrendered one hit, striking out one and walking none.

Madison Belden struck out 10 batters as the righty led the Dinos past the Pronghorns 7-0, Belden gave up zero hits and zero runs over five innings while walking none. The Dinos won thanks in part to four runs in the fifth inning. an error scored one run,

In the only blip on the weekend for the Dinos the UBCO Heat scored four runs in the fourth inning, which helped them defeat University of Calgary 7-0.
The team struggled to get anything going offensively during the game.

University of Calgary Earn Walk-Off Win Over University of Victoria
It came down to the wire on Sunday morning in Kelowna as the Dinos grabbed the victory in walk-off fashion, 7-6, over University of Victoria. The game was tied at six in the bottom of the seventh when
Manyika Reyes singled, scoring one run. The Dinos came back to win despite trailing 6-1 in the sixth. University of Calgary flipped the game on its head in the bottom of the seventh, scoring six runs on seven hits to take the lead, 7-6. The biggest blow in the inning was a ground out by
Katie Berg that drove in one.
Alexis Luttmerding earned the win for University of Calgary, the leftie surrendered two hits and one run over three innings, striking out two and walking three.
Mia Pielak stepped in the circle first for the team, the righty allowed nine hits and five runs over four innings, striking out one and walking two.
