University of Calgary were victorious against Mount Royal University 6-2 on Saturday in Lethbridge. The Dinos were the first to get on the board in the second inning when
Hallie Miller grounded out, scoring one run, Miller than hit a homer to centerfield in the 4
th. Emily Friedt singled to center field, each scoring one run.
Kate Gross earned the win for the team, the starting pitcher gave up eight hits and two runs (zero earned) over five innings, striking out five and walking three.
Mia Pielak threw two innings of no-run ball for the Dinos in relief. The reliever gave up one hit, striking out four and walking none.
Miller, the number eight hitter led the way with three runs batted in. The left fielder went 1-for-3 on the day.
Brooklyn Bianchini and Friedt each collected three hits for the team.
Manyika Reyes paced the Dinos with two walks. Overall, the team had patience at the plate, piling up six walks for the game.
Dinos beat home town rivals 13-6
Alexis Luttmerding started in the circle for the team, the leftie gave up two hits and four runs over two-thirds of an inning, striking out one and walking one.
Hargreaves went 1-for-1 at the plate and led the team with one run batted in.

Madison Belden took the loss for the Dinos, the starter went four innings, giving up six runs (five earned) on seven hits, striking out five and walking one.Bianchini led the team with two runs batted in from the number seven spot in the lineup. The right-handed hitter went 1-for-2 on the day.
Katie Berg led University of Calgary with two hits in three at bats from the leadoff position.
Chloe Kinghorn Drives 4 Runners Home In University of Calgary Tie Against UBCO

Chloe Kinghorn driving in four runs on two hits, University of Calgary tied UBCO 12-12 Sunday morning in Lethbridge. Kinghorn hit a home run to left field in the second inning, scoring three runs, and singled in the fifth inning, scoring one.
Dinos made the score 5-3 in the bottom of the first inning when

Hallie Miller lined out, scoring one run.
The Dinos jumped into the lead in the bottom of the second when
Mia Pielak hit a sacrifice fly, scoring one run, and Kinghorn homered to left field, scoring three runs
The team tied the game in the bottom of the fourth thanks to a ground out by
Manyika Reyes, a ground out by Miller, and a single by Mackenna Meye. Kinghorn singled to left field, which helped University of Calgary tie the game at 12 in the bottom of the fifth.

University of Calgary won big over SAIT Trojans 11-1 on Sunday. The Dinos got on the board in the bottom of the second inning after

Katie Berg drew a walk, scoring one run, and
Angelina Hargreaves singled, scoring two runs.
Dinos added four more runs in the bottom of the third inning on three hits.

Dinos travel to Saskatoon this weekend to wrap up the WCSA regular season with two games against University of Saskatchewan and University of Regina and a single game against Lethbridge. WCSA conference playoffs the first weekend in October in Calgary.
