EDMONTON – Calgary Stampeder right guard Ryan Sceviour is the Canada West Football Alum of the Month for September.

The former Calgary Dino takes home the honour after starting all four games for the Stamps, who went undefeated last month and now sit atop the CFL's West Division standings with three weeks to play.

Sceviour is in his second CFL season after spending four seasons with McMahon Stadium's other football tenant, the Dinos.

The Calgary, Alta. product was a two-time All-Canadian with Calgary (2016 and 2017), and won a pair of Hardy Cups (206 and 2017). He was selected eighth overall in the 2018 CFL Draft and has since gone on to play 16 career CFL games.

Sceviour and the Stampeders are back in action Saturday, Oct. 19 when they host the Winnipeg Blue Bombers (5 p.m. MDT), while the Dinos are in Winnipeg to take on the Bisons (2 p.m. CDT).
