Dinos look to keep rolling at home

CALGARY – The University of Calgary Dinos Women's soccer team will host a pair of Prairie Division foes this weekend as the Saskatchewan Huskies and Regina Cougars come to town.

Both games begin at 12 p.m., with the Huskies taking the field on Saturday, followed by the Cougars on Sunday.

STREAKING
The Dinos are riding a five-game winning streak. Making this stretch even more impressive, Calgary has played their last four games on the road. Four of their five wins have come in 1-0 fashion.

FINISHING FRITZE
A key contributor during the Dinos' win streak has been Maddison Fritze. The fifth-year forward has scored in three of her last four games, and on each occasion, it was the first goal of the match. Fritze leads the team with three goals and 18 shots this season.

CLEAN SHEETS
Since allowing a pair of goals in her team's season opener, Lauren Houghton has been nearly unbeatable in the Calgary net. The second-year goalkeeper has four clean sheets this season and was the U SPORTS Female Athlete of the Week for the period ending Sept. 16 after surrendering no goals in back-to-back wins.
