Amonn Nelson was at it again, posting another solid performance at the 2010 CIS Track and Field Championships in Windsor, Ont.

After successfully defending her individual national title in the 300 metres, Nelson joined her teammates to grab a pair of relay medals in the 4x200 (silver) and 4x400 (gold) events.

The Dinos finished sixth in the overall team standings.
