CALGARY – The University of Calgary Dinos women's soccer team enters another Crowchild Classic matchup against the Mount Royal Cougars as the top-ranked team in U SPORTS for the second week in a row.
After improving to a 4-0 record against the Lethbridge Pronghorns last weekend, the Dinos head into Week 4 of Canada West action preparing for a Cougars team (1-3) they opened the season against.
The two-game set will take place on Friday and Saturday, with both matches starting at 5 p.m. at Dinosaur Field.
LEONARD LEADING THE WAY

Montana Leonard is off to a fantastic start in her fifth year of action for the Dinos. Leonard netted a hat trick while leading the team to a 4-0 victory against the Pronghorns last weekend. Leonard has started the season with seven goals in four games. With last weekend's fantastic performance, Leonard has moved up to a tie for 20th in goal scoring history in Canada West.
CROWCHILD CLASSIC
This weekend's matchup is the second time the Dinos will face the Cougars this season and the first time on home field. On Saturday, Sept. 4 the Dinos beat the Cougars by a score of 3-0. The matchup has historically favoured the Dinos as they post a record of 10-0-5 all-time against the Cougars.
BATTLE OF THE HAT TRICKS
This weekend's action will see two high scorers on the same field as both Leonard and the Cougars' Sydney Danielewicz have had three-goal performances against the Pronghorns this year.
