EDMONTON – Mady Chamberlin hit a three-pointer at the buzzer to give MacEwan University a 71-68 win over the University of Calgary women's basketball team Friday night from David Atkinson Gym.

The loss is the first of the year for the Dinos, falling to 2-1 on the young season, while MacEwan moves to 1-2 overall.

Both teams will be right back at it Saturday, with the second end of the weekend doubleheader scheduled to tipoff at 5 p.m. from Edmonton.
