CALGARY – Following a lengthy spell away from home, the University of Calgary Dinos women's basketball team will be back at the Jack Simpson Gym on Thursday night for the first game in a home-and-home set versus the Alberta Pandas.

- Calgary is playing their first home game in 53 days, when they won their second straight game against the Winnipeg Wesmen back on Nov. 12.

- Alberta lost their final four games heading into the holiday break with setbacks against the Huskies and Victoria Vikes.
- Second-year guard Emma Kary leads the Pandas in scoring this season, picking up 12.2 points per game.
- Alberta won Canada West bronze last season and entered this year as the third ranked team in the conference pre-season coaches poll.
