CALGARY - University of Calgary Dinos' men's soccer standouts Dominic Russo and Dominick Zator were named U Sports All-Canadians on Wednesday night in Guelph, Ont.

Russo earned a spot on the All-Canadian First Team, a feat that hasn't happened for the University of Calgary since 1987 when Derek Ballendine made the list. The only other Dino to ever be named a first team All-Canadian was Peter Welsh in 1980. The veteran forward finished second in the conference in scoring with 24 points on 15 goals and nine assists. This is Russo's second straight year of being named an All-Canadian - he made the second team in 2015. 

Sweeper Zator was named a second team All-Canadian for the first time in his five-year career with the Dinos. The team's captain finished in the top-five in conference scoring from his defender position, recording one goal and 11 assists as the Dinos scored a conference-best 45 goals on the season.
