BOX SCORE
BRANDON – The #7 Calgary Dinos jumped to an early lead and didn't look back, picking up a 83-56 win over the host Brandon Bobcats Friday night.
The Dinos started the game on an 11-0 run, before the Bobcats got going and brought the game to within four points at 16-12. That's the closest Brandon would get all night, despite out-scoring the Dinos in the third quarter.
Calgary was led by Erika Romanow's game-high 20 points, while fifth-year guard Jessica Franz finished one rebound shy of a double-double (19 points, nine rebounds).
Third-year guard Carrera Lamoureux had a team-high 17 points on six of eight shooting for the Bobcats while Kaela Cranston added nine points.
