All-Canadian defenceman Stephanie Ramsay was a big contributor offensively as the No. 1-ranked Calgary Dinos improved to 7-0-1 on the season with a sweep of the Manitoba Bisons last weekend in Winnnipeg.

Again leading all Canada West defencemen with nine points in eight games, Ramsay had a four-point weekend against the Bisons. Friday night, she potted two goals and an assist, earning second-star honours in a 5-1 victory. A night later, Ramsay scored the game-winning goal 7:12 into the third period as the Dinos finished the sweep with a 4-1 win.

Ramsay will face off against her former team this weekend when the Dinos and Alberta Pandas play a two-game set at Father David Bauer Arena.
