For the second year in a row, quarterback Erik Glavic was named MVP of the Hardy Cup game.

The fifth-year Calgary Dinos pivot completed 14 of 18 passes for 270 yards and four touchdowns as the Dinos captured their third straight Canada West title with a 56-3 hammering of the Alberta Golden Bears.

The offensive output tied a school playoff record for points in a game and came within just one point of the Hardy Cup record of 57 (UBC, 1982).

The reigning Hec Crighton winner has the Dinos on a four-game win streak as they get set to host the Saint Mary’s Huskies Saturday for the 2010 CIS Mitchell Bowl and a chance to advance to the Desjardins Vanier Cup for the second consecutive season.
