Ramon Mifflin became the sixth head coach in the history of the Dinos men's soccer program on May 16, 2024.

Mifflin came to the Dinos with over 15 years of coaching experience to his name, most recently leading the Calgary Blizzard Soccer Club boy's program. He has been with Blizzard since 2020, coaching the squad to an AYSL Championship in 2022.

At the university level, Mifflin served as an assistant coach with crosstown rival Mount Royal from 2015 to 2023, helping the Cougars to their first Canada West championship in his final season with the program.

A native of Lima, Peru; Mifflin grew up around the sport as his father – Ramon Mifflin Sr. – played professionally for 18 years and represented the Peru National Team in the 1970 FIFA World Cup. Mifflin followed in his father's footsteps and started both coaching and playing soccer at a young age. He moved to San Francisco, Calif., for high school before earning a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business from the University of San Francisco.

Mifflin also went on to play professionally both in the US and in Peru from 1994-2003.
