2022-23: Earned high praise after leading the Dinos to a Canada West Championship as a sophomore … was named a Second Team All-Canadian, as well as a Canada West First Team All-Star … the captain finished the year playing in 25 total games, with eight goals and 16 assists … made his season debut Nov. 4 against UBC and had one assist in each of his first three games … scored his first goal in a 3-2 win at Alberta Nov. 26 … scored the OT winner to close out the first half of the season with a 3-2 victory at Saskatchewan Dec. 3 … opened up 2023 with a goal and assist in a 7-5 win over MacEwan Jan. 6 … spent Jan. 11-22 with Team Canada at the 2023 FISU World University Games in Lake Placid, helping his home country go a perfect 7-0 with five points (two goals, three assists) to bring home the gold medal … returned to Calgary in time for the 4-2 win over Mount Royal in front of over 11,000 fans inside the Saddledome Jan. 27 … assisted on a pair one day later to complete the weekend sweep of MRU … scored the fourth and seventh goals of an 8-1 win over MacEwan Feb. 10 … started the postseason with a pair of assists in a loss to Saskatchewan Feb. 23 … scored and assisted one day later in the bounce back against the Huskies … also had a pair of assists in the CW Championship series against Alberta.
