CALGARY – One day after the Dinos men's curling team was crowned national champions, U SPORTS announced its annual awards following the conclusion of the 2025-26 season, with the Dinos well represented.
The entirety of the Dinos champion men's team were named First Team All-Canadians, with
Kenan Wipf (skip),
Ky Macaulay (third),
Ethan Drysdale (second) and
Spencer Else (lead) all continuing their haul of awards following the sweep of the Canada West and U SPORTS titles.
Meanwhile, after guiding the women's team to its first appearance at nationals, Heather Rogers was named the U SPORTS Fox 40 Women's Coach of the Year. It marks the third coach of the year honours for Rogers, who was also named the Canada West Women's Coach of the Year both in 2023 and also this season.
