Simonise to host pro day Monday at McMahon

CALGARY - The University of Calgary Dinos will host their first-ever National Football League pro day on Monday, July 11 when more than a dozen NFL scouts will be in town to observe wide receiver Rashaun Simonise.

Simonise, a first team All-Canadian in 2015 who led the nation with 11 touchdown catches, is eligible for the NFL's Supplementary Draft on July 14.

The pro day will run from 3:45-5:30 p.m. Monday afternoon at McMahon Stadium

As of Friday morning, 13 NFL teams have confirmed that representatives will be in Calgary for the event, while more than 20 have expressed interest. The 6-foot-5, 215-pound Simonise racked up 1,079 reciving yards on 51 catches for the Dinos last season.
