EDMONTON - The MacEwan University Griffins women's soccer team were buzzing with numerous chances late in the second half, but it was the University of Calgary Dinos who would take the match 2-1 on a stoppage time goal.
After a quiet 0-0 first half, both teams picked up their tempo when they started the second half, with the Dinos scoring first on a Jordan Smith goal; her 7th of the season. Mollee Ramsay would pick up the assist.
The Griffins would continue to apply pressure as the half progressed. Sheena Tracey finally broke through after Marlea Moroz's rush, was finished off by Jamie Erickson, who drew the assist, to tie the game.

Ramsay would earn her second point of the game, recording the game winner and her sixth goal of the season.
