Forward Izak Lawrence made up for lost time this weekend.

After an injury forced him to the sidelines for all of last season, Lawrence returned and made an immediate impact on the weekend, leading the Dinos to a 2-0 record with three goals in wins over Victoria and Fraser Valley.

Lawrence scored the winner and added some insurance in Saturday's 3-0 win over No. 5 Victoria. Then a day later, he was at it again, scoring the opening goal in a 4-2 defeat of the UFV Cascades.

Lawrence scored on all three shots he fired toward the opposition goal this weekend.

The Dinos head on the road to face Alberta and Saskatchewan this weekend.
