Tessa Miller was the offensive catalyst for the Calgary Dinos women’s soccer team this weekend, scoring twice and adding three assists as the Dinos swept the Lethbridge Pronghorns, capturing their first two wins of the season to keep their playoff hopes alive.

In Saturday’s 5-1 road victory, the freshman forward scored the opener for the Dinos just seven minutes into the game and added a second goal early in the second half as Calgary pounded Lethbridge 5-1. And in Sunday’s rubber match on the University of Calgary campus, Miller set up both late Calgary goals in the 63rd and 84th minutes as the Dinos squeaked out the series sweep with a 2-1 victory.

Miller is a first year student in the Faculty of Kinesiology.
