Nigel Joseph joined the Dinos as an assistant coach for the 2023 season, working primarily as the recruiting coordinator, while also assisting as a coach with the sprints and hurdles program.
Born and raised in Calgary, Joseph was a varsity letterwinner in five sports at Western Canada High School. He won three provincial medals before starting his collegiate career with the Dinos, where he earned All-Canadian honors as a rookie in the 4x400m relay.
He finished his collegiate career at Colorado State University, where he amassed 12 All-Mountain West honors in sprints, hurdles, relays and jumps.
Joseph graduated from CSU with a Bachelor of Science degree in Apparel Merchandising and Design in 2011 before earning a Master of Science degree from Washington State in Fashion/Apparel Design in 2018.
