Johnny Carr joined the Dinos equipment staff prior to the 2007 season and became the lead equipment manager in 2013.

Carr, who started his career as a father on the sidelines looking to get involved in the sport, also works with the Calgary Stampeders and assists visiting CFL teams when they stop through McMahon Stadium.
