2021-22
TF | Continued to add to his trophy case with another remarkable season, being named the Canada West Male Track Athlete of the Year and the Dr. Dennis Kadatz Male Athlete of the Year as the top Dino ... also was named the U SPORTS and Canada West Student-Athlete Community Service recipient for his work off the track ... successfully defended his title as tops in the nation in the 1000m with a school-record time of 2:22.16 - a mere seven hundredths of a second shy of the U SPORTS record ... also claimed bronze in the 1500m and helped the 4x400m relay to an eighth-place finish at Nationals ... defended his conference crowns in both the 1000m and 1500m, with his 1500m time of 3:47.43 shattering the previous CW and Calgary records of 3:50.00 set by Jeremy Deere back in 1997 ... started his season winning both the 1000m and 1500m at the Golden Bear Open Jan. 22 ... competed in one other meet on the year, taking seventh in the mile at the massive Valentine Invite in Boston, Mass.

XC | Earned a top-10 finish at Nationals, crossing the line in eighth overall out of 130 runners with a time of 24:51.0 ... brought home an individual bronze medal at the Canada West Championships to help the Dinos to a third-place finish as a team, as well ... ran at one other meet on the year, taking second at the season-opening Sled Dog Open Sept. 25 with a time of 26:05.6.

2020-21
Season cancelled due to COVID-19 pandemic.

2019-20
TF | Was given the George Gemer Award at the National Athlete of the Meet at the 2020 U SPORTS national championship after finishing as the national champion in both the 1000m and 1500m ... also claimed Canada West titles in the same two events, as well as the 4x800m relay, to help the Dinos bring home the team trophy for the first time since 2015 ... started the season winning both the 3000m and the 1500m at the Golden Bear Open Jan. 18 ... one week later, competed in the mile at the Washington Invite in Seattle, taking 17th in 4:04.36 ... won the 1000m at the Panda Challenge Feb. 8 with a season-opening time of 2:26.39 ... earned both the U SPORTS and Canada West Student-Athlete Community Service awards.

XC | Helped the Dinos successfully defend their national title, scoring fourth for the team and crossing the line 20th overall with a time of 31:32 ... scored fifth and finished 12th overall to help Calgary to its third consecutive Canada West Championship, battling wind and snow to turn in a time of 33:06.9 ... started the season by taking fifth and helping the Dinos sweep the podium with a perfect score of 15 at the Vikes Invite in Victoria, B.C. Sept. 28.

2018-19
TF | Did not compete.

XC | Helped the Dinos claim their first ever national championship in men's cross country, earning All-Canadian honours with a ninth-place finish overall in 31:34.1 ... also finished as a First Team Canada West All-Star as the fifth-fastest CW runner in helping the Dinos bring home the Canada West banner for the fourth time in program history ... kicked off the season by placing fifth overall and helping Calgary to a nearly perfect score of 19 in a win at the Sled Dog Open Sept. 29 ... finished 17th overall and was the third Dino in a strong showing in the States at the annual Northwest Inland Classic Oct. 13

2017-18
TF | Made an instant impact in his first season with the Dinos, scoring in both the 1000m (taking sixth) and the 600m (placing seventh) at the Canada West Championships ... made his collegiate track and field debut Jan. 13 at the Sled Dog Open, finishing runner-up in the 1000m and third in the 600m ... again came in second in the 1000m one week later at the Golden Bear Open ... had a season-best 1000m time of 2:27.69 in another second-place finish at the Pandas Open Feb. 10.

XC | Was an instant scorer in his first season at UCalgary, scoring 26th overall and fourth for the Dinos with a time of 32:05.55 to help the team to a runner-up showing at nationals ... made his Dinos debut Sept. 30 at the Sled Dog Open, helping the Scarlet and Gold cruise to a team win by finishing 11th overall and sixth on the team ... helped Calgary to a nearly perfect score of 18 at the annual trip across the border to the Northwest Inland Classic in Idaho Oct. 14, scoring fifth on the team with an 8k-time of 24:43.5 ... again scored fifth and crossed the line 10th overall in another Dinos win, this time at the annual Stewart Cup Oct. 28, held this year in Edmonton.
